Calibration and Service

For calibration, servicing, repair, and RMAs, please create an account at My NTi Audio and follow the instructions in the Calibration & Service section to send in your items.

Our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service supports customers who need to return equipment for calibration, maintenance or service. The process helps maintain measurement reliability and extends product life.

How does it work?

  1. You are issued an RMA number before shipping the device to us, which ensures clear tracking and proper handling upon arrival. 
  2. Once received, the unit is logged, inspected, and sent through precise calibration/service processes by qualified technicians. This guarantees that instruments continue to meet accuracy standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  3. If additional repairs are needed, the service team provides you with a detailed assessment before proceeding.
  4. When calibration/service is finished, you are contacted before the product is shipped back to you.
