Our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service supports customers who need to return equipment for calibration, maintenance or service. Customers are issued an RMA number before shipping the device, which ensures clear tracking and proper handling upon arrival. Once received, the unit is logged, inspected, and sent through precise calibration/service processes by qualified technicians. This guarantees that instruments continue to meet accuracy standards and comply with regulatory requirements. If additional repairs are needed, the service team provides a detailed assessment to the customer. The RMA process assists in maintaining measurement reliability, extending product life, and ensuring customer confidence in performance.
